  • Dealing with Metatarsalgia
    Metatarsalgia Diagram

Let’s Fix that Pain in the Ball of your Feet.

Metatarsalgia is pain in the area of the metatarsal bones (the ball of your feet). The pain is characterized as sharp, aching or burining in nature and is due to inflammation or swelling in that area of the foot which is often caused by a pre-existing foot deformity, such as flat feet or high arches, and becomes painful after extensive use, such as in running or jumping. Going untreated, many patients describe a constant feeling of having a pebble in their shoes. While there are many stretches that can help reduce Metatarsalgia pain, Custom Orthotics are both corrective (eliminate pain) and preventative (ensure future conditions do not surface). Custom Orthotics that are designed specific to your feet address the root cause of Metatarsalgia, while also providing a shock-absorbent insole, allowing patients to re-engage in high-activity sports without pain. Custom Orthotics can fit in any type of shoe and are extremely durable allowing them to last a number of years.

    The Orthotics are actually $350.

(and yes, that’s for both feet!)

And we’ll even sell you a second pair for $200!

    Why the great price?

Its the same price with or without insurance coverage. We don’t charge you more just to abuse your insurance coverage, or ‘include a giftcard/pair of shoes’.
We just sell great quality custom orthotics.

    Attention to Detail:

Custom Orthotic Assessments take roughly 45 minutes and are performed by our award-winning Chiropractor: Dr. Tammy Yuen.

Our detailed assessment includes a health history taking, physical-functional analysis, gait assessment, and finally a semi-weight bearing foam moulding of your feet.

We then will go over with you the various extra options to further customize your orthotics (i.e. for general use, high athletic use, boots, or even in heels!).

Once our assessment is done, manufacturing time is roughly two weeks, at which point, your othotics will be ready for pick-up!
